Maybe I’m weird but actually like the sound of yours. I never liked the near silence of Teslas. I’ll have to check mine when I get back home. I took delivery then flew out of state 2 hours later so not much to go by yet.

I think you guys are being unreasonable. Not everyone is a fanboy/girl reading auto forums like us and they could’ve communicated this better to customers that have placed and locked in orders. The guy ordered a custom truck then Rivian said sorry we didn’t get to it before we shut down the line...

Did you actually lock in a configuration or just place a $1000 reservation? If the former, I agree Rivian should be calling people with a thorough explanation. If the latter, these things happen often, even with legacy automakers.

The Rivian did not have access to the Supercharger Network either, so they still did well. Not sure what happened to the Lightening guys, guess we'll see. I watched part one; can't wait to see the rest of the trip.

I actually like it. Obviously it'll be toned way down for production but the proportions are good and I like this classic snout far more than the enormous stretched out kidneys of the current lineup. I too used to love BMWs and think most of them are ugly today. I do like the new 5 series...

No, but the $69.9k starting price is a new low price point with the recently launched standard pack. They dropped the entry prices like a month or two ago.
