You should be able to switch to another truck. Unless you’ve signed the lease contract I don’t think you’re bound to anything but that $1000 deposit (which they should honor if you buy another truck).
Geeze. Guess they must be busier up in LA lol. San Diego (where I was when I ordered, so just sticking with them for delivery) has been super responsive and hasn’t seemed that busy when I’ve popped in. Costa Mesa does seem pretty busy.
