Yes I appealed back in March I few days after they adjusted my credit from 2800 to 0. My appeal was online through the portal and included a picture of the original window sticker. So it took them about 3 months to get back to me.

finally got a letter response today, they reinstated a credit of $2,000 to my refund. Originally I had claimed the $2800 credit.

seems like there's no reason R1T owners shouldn't get either 2800 or 2000 back. I submitted my protest in March and still haven't heard back...

The only issue I see with the OP's tire is the max tire pressure it's rated for. The Recon Grappler 275/65 r20 116 has a maximum tire pressure of 44psi... Not sure but that could be an issue
