    Interesting. I went back to look at the cost to make sure I didn’t make an error. To simplify the numbers from my original post: title&registration $274 + vehicle property $584. Granted this was initial registration cost, so I’m not sure if it increases when renewing registration.

    Just completed a 4 day trip for work and left the R1T in the airport garage in Norfolk, VA (7am Tue.-2pm Fri.). Left with 74% & returned with 72% losing about .5% per day. Gear Guard motion - Off Proximity unlock - Off Climate control - Off Phone App - Closed (not opened during trip)

    NC currently charges $140, which I am willing to pay. I agree that $400 is way too steep.
