First, try taking the crossbars off and see if that's the cause. If the whistling goes away, then play around with fore & aft positioning. If it's still there, have the SC take a look at identifying the cause.

Yeah, I turned on the floor vents and put my hand down below the dash by the accelerator pedal. There's a small vent that's putting out a bit of warm air. Not really enough for long drives in cold weather.

Guess I was wrong! And maybe it doesn't put out enough heat.
