@rob_d Seriously, after reading through 7 pages of this thread I think you should cancel your reservation and wait until you think Rivian has their act together.
Maybe it's just me, but (assuming the arrow at the bottom is the actual position and direction of the car) it's obvious to me, at least, that you just want to continue traveling straight ahead. I mean it's strange and ought to be reported to Rivian but I personally don't think it's that...

So you miss your turn. Nav will re-route you. Big deal! Sorry, but if you can't cope with unexpected situations whilst driving, maybe you shouldn't be.

I would hope that a driver wouldn't be attempting to do something risky and possibly illegal at that point. As long as you don't turn the wrong way onto a one-way street, I don't understand the danger. Pretty sure most one-way streets are...
I've had the bounce at stop signs and stoplights. Never had a re-route as far as I can recall. I pretty much know where I'm supposed to be going per navigation by the time I'm stopped anyway. So I can't say its ever bothered me. Just kinda' weird.
I think it depends on how much long distance traveling you do. For many people having the pluses of having ability to "refuel" at home > 90% of the time outweighs the minuses of the current state of charging infrastructure and the time required to charge. Can you charge at home? Are chargers...
