Genesis GV70. Better than the standard rental car from the insurance company but miss: the acceleration, not having to use the brake, not having to start & stop the engine, not having to lock & unlock the vehicle with a key (just walk away/toward vehicle, no driver profiles (not the most...
I don't know, the large majority of responses seem to be a.) I have a Rivian and haven't experienced all the issues you've encountered or b.) Yeah, I've had some of those issues, too.
Only, a couple, by my reading, could possibly be construded as an "attack" on you.
Peace and have a Happy New...
Just my own personal experience here but:
1. Have not had to take my phone (Pixel 7 Pro, OnePlus before that) out of my pocket to unlock the truckfor at least a couple of years.
2. NA
3. Tell me more about these radio "buttons" you're pushing.
4. Patience, young Padawan. It usually takes time...

After several more S/W updates I'm still encountering this issue. Wondering if anyone else experiences this behavior.
Mobile service came out and took a look and said it was a known issue but didn't have any information on when a fix might be forthcoming.
FWIW, I've had my 2022 Gen1 R1T since late August '22. 29K miles and am still on the original 12V battery. Home Assistant reports the battery as "NORMAL_OPERATION". Truck is generally parked in the garage and charged via the Rivian L2 charger. DFDC is reserved for out-of-town trips. VIN is...
I'm traveling and have a M-B EQB 300 rental. I eventually found the left & right paddles to increase & decrease the regen but it's annoying to have to use the brake pedal to come to a full stop even in the highest regen mode..
Also annoying is having to keep your foot on the brake pedal while...
If you're heading down to SoCal east of the Cascades and Sierras (and have the time), I would recommend taking State Hwy 31 just south of La Pine to US 395 and stop over in Alturas, CA at Hotel Niles. There're two Tesla Destination chargers located at the rear of the hotel as well as Tesla SC...
For me, the Rivian chargers in Crescent and Klamath Falls are cheaper the the Tesla chargers in Chemult and Klamath Falls. $0.47vs. $0.53 per kWh. Once in California Tesla Weed is $0.65 vs Rvian Mount Shasta $0.37 - 0.53 TOD pricing
YMMV

IMHO, the basic functionality of a car is to get me from point A to point B reliably and safely. Everything else is just nice to have. But, yeah for the price I expect Rivian to offer more. But it's all above basic functionality. My R1T hasn't left me stranded, yet.
Clear gloss, IMO. You can always let it get dirty and then it'll look more like a matte finish. When you get tired of the matte finish, just wash it to get the gloss look back. Don't rinse, then repeat.
