I’m happy with the efficiency. Please note I have not been able to get Rivian to update my tire size from its original 34” tire OD to the Goodyear 33” tire. Factoring in the 3% offset gives an efficiency conversion of 2.45.

Mine has leveled off at 2.52 mi/kWh.

Snow performance was definitely factored in to the design.

So far, so good. Not a ton of miles on them.

Some clarifications… The Goodyear tire has the 3PMSF symbol. It is not a dedicated snow tire that may have tradeoffs in other performance areas. There are many examples of 3PMSF tires with good tread wear. The UTQG temperature grade is for high speed capability. Tire Rack has a good explanation...

@ksurfier, @LL75, It is important to note that the actual UTQG grading is done by the tire manufacturers themselves. They conduct the tests according to the guidelines set by the NHTSA and then assign the grades based on the results. There can be some variability in how different manufacturers...

Hi Bryan, yes, I am still very pleased with the noise and efficiency of 2.52 mkh (~2.45 after 3% size conversion) after 4200 miles with these tires on my R1T.

Hi all, I am still working with the Goodyear team to come up with ideas that could contribute to less than ideal noise performance. I am glad to hear that this seems to be an isolated case and most are pleased with the noise and overall performance of the tire.
