The Rivian specific Goodyear Wrangler AT has Goodyears latest compounds, a unique tread pattern and sidewall design. I feel the design team did a nice job minimizing tradeoffs and creating a tire that performs well in all conditions.
Goodyear offers a replacement Wrangler Steadfast HT that is an option for the 22" wheels. It's not specifically designed for Rivian, but it is a good tire.

I'm at 2.5 mi/kWh (3% adjustment for OD is 2.43) with the Goodyears. I have 5400 miles on my dual max performance with a mix of city and highway driving. Mostly All-Purpose mode, but some spirited driving mixed in.
Having or not having 3PMSF should be at the bottom of the list of considerations, at least for this tire. There may be other 3PMSF or dedicated winter tires that have trade-offs with other performance, but this is not one of them. The Goodyear tire will perform well in Texas, Alaska, or anywhere...
The Territory HT is a good tire, but it was designed for a different vehicle. I’d recommend the Territory AT designed specifically for Rivian R1. Rivian describes this tire as an all-season tire. I’m very happy with the efficiency, noise performance, ride, handling, value and overall performance...
Here are the links for TireRack and Goodyear that may have the Rivian Territory AT in your area...

Nice! Glad to hear you like your "new" tires!
Tough call on the rotation, but might be helpful for longevity even if all 4 appear to be wearing the same.
If you were coming from the 21" wheels, they should have left the software unchanged as the diameters are nearly identical...
Here is the difference now that they have updated the software.
Hopefully Rivian will eventually allow the software to be updated to the new size.
Going from 275/55R21 to 275/60R20 is a 0.3% difference in Outer Diameter. 275/50R22, 275/55R21 and 275/60R20 all have approximately 33” tire OD and would not require recalibration when switching between these options.
