It seems Goodyear.com has sold out of available stock in some regions. We will be making more. Hopefully, they will be back in stock soon.
Tire Rack or other tire dealers may have them in stock in your region...
Hi @Matt D. and @jeeden, in looking at Rivian's online configurator estimates, the 20" AT option (275/65R20) is approximately 12% less efficient than the 22" options. The Goodyear tire shows ~4% less efficient than the 22" options which would calculate to 8% more efficient than the 20" AT...
Yes, the new Goodyear tire is a 275/60R20, which is approximately the same 33" OD as the 22" wheels. The 21" wheels for Gen 1 also have a 33" OD, but are not an option on Gen 2. I believe Gen 2 still offers the 34" OD 275/65R20 with the All-Terrain Package.
Hi @good2go, glad to hear you are liking the Goodyear tires. Decreasing the pressure will give a slightly larger footprint (contact patch) which might help in the snow. The recommended 48psi could perform a little better in the ice. As always, be cautious in icy conditions.

@ksurfier, I will question that statement.
I do not know the efficiency of the Michelin tire, but as an engineer at Goodyear that helped develop the Wrangler Territory AT, I can confirm designing an efficient tire was a top priority.
The Goodyear tire may not be the most efficient option...
Hi @Riviot, @iansriv, and all. For the time being, promo code GOODYEAR15 is good for a 15% discount. I have inquired if an additional promo code might be an option for fellow Rivian lovers. I will let you know if I hear back.
Hi Brian, I set up an automation to turn the hotspot off when I arrive at home. I started with @TexasBob's excellent instructions and added similar instructions for turning the hotspot Off:
Create Shortcut Hotspot On

Hi, I am one of the engineers of the Goodyear tire designed for Rivian. I am pleased with the winter performance of this tire on my R1T. Hopefully, you will be too!
Hi, sorry for the delay... I'm catching up after some time off the grid. Tire performance depends on various factors, including compound properties, tire construction, tread pattern, tread depth, and tire shape. Some design combinations can improve both rolling resistance and dry stopping...
I’m not sure why that isn’t an option. Could be at some point in the future. Hopefully they’ll be back in stock soon. It does seem TireRack has some availability now.
