My guide (assigned back in September, took delivery last week) has been responsive and polite but I don't think I've had a substantive communication since September when he had - briefly - an ability to match me to a BM interior that was built / being built. I declined and then that capability...
But that IS how it works - have you looked at the Tableau dashboard? First thing is, they gotta make your configuration. I was RC/FE and then they decided to not make that. So having a common configuration is important.
Order date I suspect you already know - it's roughly a queue.
And that...
What is kind of interesting (at least to me) is that I originally reserved a R1S - the picture they sent was a FG R1S. Then I changed to an R1T, got a first mile drive, changed back, confirmed on RC/FE. Which they decided not to make and I went Processing. Then I got Shop access and my wife...
Well...let me think...there have been mentions of getting swag over the more than 4 years...and looking on my shelf...yeah, that's right - I got a picture "suitable for framing" back in 2019.
Yes the running boards / slides have 4 mounts per side and 100mm plugs would be correct for 4" since 100mm - 3.93". FWIW, I ordered the 10 pack for $1 more to give me something to experiment with.

I got excited but no joy. But if you can do it then it’s probably not a Driver limitation. I can try deleting her phone and re-pairing. <fingers crossed>
That was surprisingly hard (for me) to find even with your directions - thank you for the explanation. Unfortunately I don't see how assigning any of these keys to my wife - other than my phone - is going to allow HER to pre-heat the vehicle before she uses it. So I suspect I'm going to get a...
Admiral. That’s an odd one. I’ve been a member of a YC for more than 40 years. Wives were for many years “Mates”. A lot of members (all male until relatively recently) did call their spouse “Admiral”. But that’s also used for a “Captain” who owns more than one boat/vessel. Ironically I’m a USCG...
I suspect they do - but note the key fob saying it needed to be setup. It’s fine and Kevin said it was a known issue and would look right after 24 hours. Clearly that didn’t work.
I can see the rear light bar / reflector slightly higher on the hatch but lowering both pieces slightly seems like it might end up worse. My vehicle is also pointing slightly downhill so at standing height behind it is not apparent. I would hate to be the person who has to match all this up in...
