They are indeed 3D printed for now (the black ones with carbon fiber infused ABS, the yellow ones with regular yellow ABS). I do plan to start molding soon (already go the molder, but haven't had the time to make the molds) so until then still 3D printing. They come out with pretty great quality...

It's possible you triggered the e-fuse... Rivian has an issue with the USB-C ports, but long story short, if you try to charge something more power demanding (like 2 phones at the same time or a laptop) it may blow the e-fuse. Try a soft reboot. If that doesn't fix it - call the SC.

The OBD to USB-C adapter is 30W, the puck is limited to 15W though. In reality I am getting about 12.5W and that would still depend on charge level of the phone, towards the end of charging it drops, which is regulated by iOS. We can't offer OEM options though because Apple doesn't tolerate...
