I've been really happy with my R1S and have had it since September 2022 so I will probably put a reservation in (if they are accepting them) on the R2.
I've been a happy Canvasback customer for about a year now with my R1S. We have a Labrador Retriever so having solid protection for the interior of the car is important to us. For the last few months I've had an opportunity to try out their 1-Piece Cargo Cover and I wanted to provide some...
I'd agree with this statement. I took delivery pretty early (Sept 2022) and have the exact same config with the exception of BM interior which I chose primarily because OC was causing significant delays. I think OC with El Cap and those wheels/rims is one of the best looks for the R1S.
I'm definitely not a stock expert but I did purchase the stock at the IPO price when they offered it to me. It's been pretty eye opening to watch this crash as it has. So strange to see a company with such an exceptional product and incredible demand for that product take such a beating on the...
Trying to set up a web enabled video camera in the Rivian and connect it to the Rivian hotspot. Camera only supports 2.4 ghZ wifi and the Rivian hotspot is not showing up as an option. Does anyone know what band Rivian's hotspot runs on and is there any way to force it to run on 2.4 ghZ?
Sounds like cost is your #1 factor, and it's hard to argue with that. I applaud you for making the right financial decision for you and your family. The Model Y and the Rivian R1T aren't really in the same class so if you are happier with something much less expensive, with more convenient...
Hi folks,
For those of you who use are considering using Canvasback as a liner for your R1S they are looking for an R1S owner in the Twin Cities area to conduct some more measurements of the cargo area. They are considering adding a full coverage option that goes over their existing offering...
We stopped in Sherwood, OR on the way from Seattle to Lincoln City to put a few bucks in at an EA charger. Strictly speaking we didn't have to but I wanted to err on the side of caution as this was our first attempt at this road trip. An alternate and prettier route from Seattle if you had...
This week we had an opportunity to take a road trip from Seattle, down the Oregon Coast and to Northern California (Mendocino), a trip of about 1500 miles return. As it happens we were able to do the route using the RAN so I had multiple opportunities at different RAN locations along the way to...
It might be that plug that you are using (blue one). I had several failed attempts with different plugs before finally finding success with the one in my post. Just make sure to choose the one with the proper plug for your setup. One of my failures looked a lot like the blue one in your...
