The UI, Nav, lack of carplay and AA have been called out hundreds of times on these forums...not sure what you are talking about...
You do understand that many of these elements are going to get ironed out as time passes on....
I don't get the Generation tinge either - we all want a better UI...
The order of paragraphs matters in this case. The first one refers to those of us who signed BPAs. The second paragraph is assuming those folks who didn't sign BPAs prior to 8/16/22 but take delivery in 2023.
This does seem like a departure from the last guidance. I'm taking delivery on Thursday and have a signed BPA.
I'll go ahead and claim it this year. Thank you @Dark-Fx !
I made a lot of charitable donations in 2022...not sure if I'll have $7,500 in tax liability this year but nonetheless this...
I think this does come down to the frunk liner you end up getting while the vehicle is being manufactured.
All things being equal I wonder if one liner is superior to the other...absent the obvious receptacle and magnets...
Late 30s almost 40 here as well and yes the next-generation does seem to be less hungry than most of us 80s babies but then again I also see folks my age who constantly do the bare minimum and want senior leadership positions...they can't write more than a single sentence email response and...
This all comes down to the installer you pick...can you tell that I have a partial hood and fenders done on this...

I think the bottom line comes down to how crisp and clean we want our vehicles to look. If one doesn't plan on taking good care of it with maintenance washes/details then the full vehicle PPF was never the right option to begin with. If you put in the time and effort to take care of it after...
As a detail snob I would recommend a highway package. Front bumper, mirrors, partial hood, lights. Should come in around 2k including paint correction and a full ceramic coating.
The front end is very flat on these vehicles which will be a magnet for rock chips...
Save the money on the full...
Is it safe to assume that those ranges which are less than 10ish days most likely mean that the vehicle was already at the SC and not making the trek from IL to final SC location?
This is pretty amazing! I had a confident assumption that the greatest range will probably be provided on the forged 20inch wheels swapped onto AS tires.
Seems like that is playing out.
