  1. No tax credit for customers with binding contracts.

Because it involves a binding agreement (for some of us) aka a contract which is governed by State Law. It has nothing to do with where the rebate is coming from - try to parse those two items. For people who haven't signed a BPA the contract issue is a moot point.
  2. No tax credit for customers with binding contracts.

In the United States, contracts are governed by state law. There is no such thing as U.S. contract law.
  3. No tax credit for customers with binding contracts.

What's comical about these CPAs is that none of them state that Binding Contracts are governed by State Law not the IRS... Any CPA trying to armchair quarterback themselves into these conversations should explicitly state this fact...
  4. R1S : Oct-Dec Delivery (Now Jan-Feb or Feb-Mar 2023)

Something about those wheels... ❤️‍?. Beautiful.
  5. No tax credit for customers with binding contracts.

I concur. We will glean a lot of information from folks who signed the BPAs and took delivery in 2022. Forgot to add - once they file their taxes and come back to share their Intel.
  6. No tax credit for customers with binding contracts.

I'm not debating just sticking to the facts. The IRS does this all the time - they won't remain silent on this topic. If we get it great...if not, then I'll still be fine!
  7. No tax credit for customers with binding contracts.

The IRS punts back the definition of a binding contract to each States interpretation of case law. Don't look too much into the $100 aspect. Look into what constitutes a binding contract in your particular state.
  8. No tax credit for customers with binding contracts.

What door did they exactly close in 2022? People are filing for the rebate if they signed the BPA before August 16, 2022 and took delivery before January 1, 2023. That isn't any door closing.
  9. No tax credit for customers with binding contracts.

Your speaking in absolute statements. In the most simplistic view - the IRS will give us 2023 tax guidance sometime in late 2022 for those of us that signed the BPAs but took delivery in 2023.
  10. No tax credit for customers with binding contracts.

As others have mentioned there is nothing new here. We will get new guidance on 2023 tax filing implications at some point in late 2022. Until then rest easy my friends and hope for best.

  13. R1S Shop access live with lots of inventory!

At this point no one has viewed any inventory in the R1 ADV shop so I'm not sure how much value there is in getting access. I had it for two weeks and it was a major waste of time constantly checking for inventory.

  15. R1S Shop access live with lots of inventory!

If they want to move some of the backlog and inventory in the LEs then they should change the logic and give access to ADV holders.
  16. R1S Shop access live with lots of inventory!

@astonius & @LazarusTaxa - this has been a theory on the boards for quite some time...leading one to believe there are two shops, and I'm in agreement that may be the case. We potentially have the ability to confirm our hypothesis since we have two folks in the PNW area which checks off the...
  17. R1S Shop access live with lots of inventory!

I could swear thats the shop that had the most inventory in it when @astonius originally posted the screenshots.
