I have the same delivery window. Since we are close I don't anticipate ours changing.
Maybe they meant to say the windows with large ranges such as all of 2024 will get narrower bands.
I still can't believe we are getting the same exact spec. I'll be sure to take lots of pictures for you once I get it...Feb/March is going to be here before we know it!
Haven't had much time to peruse the forums but I'm glad I did - lots of good news happening on this thread.
I had my demo drive recently and I was floored...First time seeing the S in person plus it was FG! I didn't have enough time to comb over everything but I was surprised at how well built...
What's your config?
I have a Nov 2019 order and live in the NYC area as well. Got updated to Feb/March 2023. I also have FE which we know is an interior they are tackling next.
You do understand how insensitive this sounds, right?
Promising early R1S order holders an OCT-DEC 2022 delivery window four months ago just to push it out well into 2023 while recent R1T orders are moving ahead of them is the definition of changing their narrative.
I'm done speaking on this...
ha! Another almost 2022 order trying to talk. Keep it moving...
if there is one thing I've realized is that no one who holds a R1S order is trying to start any beef, I wonder why?
@paariv
The ignore button is a beautiful tool on this forum...you clearly have no idea what you are talking about and just love hearing yourself say the word, "proof"...
Unfortunately I won't get to see your immature response to @paariv latest message.
Based on your preorder date you haven't been around here long enough...Seems to me that I may have hurt your feelings...Speaking to facts since the date you ordered is in your signature...
I love how many "new" or recent R1T order holders have entered this thread and continue to reiterate, "hey, timeout - lets see what Rivian has actually stated"...
You folks haven't been around long enough to realize that:
1) Rivian isn't the best company when it comes to communication and can...
Lets slow down for a second.
Plenty of folks like myself who had their updated estimates still fall within the original 1H 2023 window aren't drawing any conclusions that Rivian is a failed company.
