Any chance you are parked facing uphill on a slope? my driveway is so sloped that I get that error every once in a while. Giving a slight push as it is near closing seems to help. Otherwise, let us all know if you figure out what went wrong.
For what it is worth, I upgraded to the new Goodyear Wrangler Rivian specific tires using my 20" Atomic Wheels set up, and they have been great! Same efficiency as the 21s, and only negligible noise increase (a decibel or two). Would recommend.
I'm with you on that ThumprMN; max of 4-5 before. With the new update, Apple Music gets real loud, real quick, even at 5. Probably didn't go to enough loud concerts as a kid...
I am always surprised at these stories. My 2023 R1S volume never needs to be above 6. I turned it up to 11 once, and the kids complained like little old ladies from the back seat that it was too loud. It is a bit quieter when streaming through bluetooth, but if I'm on spotify, I keep it at 4 for...
It doesn't look any worse than Hagerman Pass by Leadville (west of Turquoise Lake). I did that with the 21s with no problem. Just be careful to not hit the sidewalls on anything. The rocks will take a few chunks out of your tread, though.
Was that your Cybertruck out at Long Lake Sports fields in Arvada last weekend, by any chance? it was definitely interesting to see one in the soccer parking lot!
You can do quite a bit on the 21s, but if you forget to lower tire pressure, you may lose a few small chunks out of the tread. I did this mountain pass with the R1S right after I got it: https://www.rivianforums.com/forum/threads/r1s-over-hagerman-pass-in-colorado.19347/post-401570
Hey, fellow Arvadan! I don't know about the spare mount for the R1T (I have the compact spare in my R1S, which came with a mount) but here is one of the threads about good bottle jacks to have on hand: https://www.rivianforums.com/forum/threads/aftermarket-jack.16029/post-347914
Polar, what do you have on the back of the third row and the backs of the second row? I could not find that in the LinerX options on line. Thanks in advance!
Atomic Wheels makes some really nice 20" Wheels, for what it is worth.
