Iām in the same boat. I need to replace my OEM tires this month. I am willing to step down to a 33ā diameter and now that Rivian has the Goodyear Wrangler Territory AT as a factory 275/60/20 option, I assume that they will be willing to reset the system.
I have noticed what appears to be a level 2 charging bug. While plugged into my Rivian charger at home last night with a 46% SOC in 65 degree ambient temps, my ROC degraded to 7.1 KWh from 11 kWh. This left me without the full charge I needed and expected this morning. :-(

* The service centers are overwhelmed
* Rivian has not focused on just in time scheduling

Just managing expectations (donāt over promise and under deliver) and helping customers to bring their vehicles in when service is actually expected to be ready will go a long way. Both require no capital investment and can be implemented quickly.
