Terrific post. This is exactly the kind of real world feedback that Rivian needs to hear to convince them to either switch to NACS to have access to more chargers or to really extensively build out the RAN. I hope they see this post.

Nicely done. Unfortunately I don’t have any tools to grind the brackets so will have to wait for EV Sportline to send me an altered version. Seems there’s quite some variability in how the trucks were built! I was also missing two washers so have asked for those as well.

I just encountered this issue with both rear bolts on both sides of the truck. 15xxx Jan ‘23 build, Mar delivery.

I drove a 2019 Tesla Model X which made very similar noises when the AC was running and it was loud. Can’t say if it was as loud as your R1S but it was certainly an annoyance. Have you asked them to change out the AC unit?

3 days into owning my R1T I also got a windshield washer fluid low warning. It took nearly the entire container of fluid before being full so it seems they just forgot to fill it at the factory or the SC (not sure who was supposed to do this before delivery).

She’ll just ignore it to get you back for never noticing her haircuts.

Funds that track to this index will have to sell and hit the stock harder. I’ll be buying more at that point.
