I like the larger fonts for the NEXT thing the driver is supposed to do. Stands out when you looking at the expanded directions, which I typically use.
Map Zoom level could be backed out.
Friend was using V2L adapter for Tesla that fried the charging port edit: Pyro fuse. Buyer beware. It was a different brand and they refunded the purchase price but not the repair costs.
Would love V2G/L, as well as better inverter capacity, 240v like the Lightning has.
I don’t like that a fundamental function of a turn indicator performs differently depending on what Rivian maps. Feels like bad user interface/experience. I prefer to have it function the same across all driving.
Tesla seems to have this one sorted. And when it works on highways, Rivian has it...
I think there’s another thread about it.
Odd that the slider is not fully green at 100% on the mobile app. Does it go to 110%, really giving it’s all there?
The mobile app slider should match the vehicle display slider.
Should 410 be for Conserve, not All-Purpose? Not sure what battery/config...
Kind of done with Anker after they keep trying to kill my family (USB-C charger came apart while plugged in exposing energized bare conductors as 9-year son was unplugging it) and burn my house down (different USB-C charger model started melting and bulging up, got extremely hot). And neither of...
Odd, I guess it is a California thing. There’s a requirement to keep replaced parts for the owner inspection. An effort to keep repairs honest.
Seems like good business practice to avoid issues like this and good faith toward customers.
“Here’s your defective TPMS” vs “Um, they were bad, we...
I have the Scosche OBD-II To USB Connector purchased through OpenSource EV Parts. It is 18w USB-A with a 2A fuse.
El Segundo SC (dubiously) said...
Notably, when I had them unplug and re-test the problem remained. Sorry, not to hijack. I had to take the truck from the SC to leave on a road...
Wondering how much Rivian service will kick having both a Comma and EV Play. I’ll start with EV Play then see about Comma.
Rivian SC blamed my OBD-USB adapter (used for phone charger) for my SOS failure icon, and threw up their hands.
I’ve also tapped the horn power for 2nd horn.
So that...
Thanks for posting, I think this is the slide design I’m closest to pulling the trigger on.
I’ve seen other manufacturers have or are designing a way to unlock/open single-handedly.
Do you need two hands to unlock and slide it out or one?
Can you unlock it from either side?
