@zymolysis maybe I should send Rivian a thank you note for deleting my PTC from my order for me before fulfilling it - 2023 Quad R1T. I wasn’t happy about that at the time and is something I very much want. I picked up the RMaxx Soft Tonneau Roll-up earlier this year, for now. #OG-PTC-delete

Ah, hadn’t really looked into it. As of 8/19/25 Rivian's site says, "Rivian Care is in its pilot phase, and currently being offered to a select group of owners in Texas." Very limited indeed.

The phone would likely have the contents cached. I suspect Rivian is glitching the Bluetooth radio signal/frequency at that time for some reason. I think there’s some radio interference. I’m curious any difference between iPhone and Android devices?

Had similar with Apple Music and Bluetooth. Usually reselecting the source or switching the source and switching back fixes it. PITA. Seems to happen less often lately.

They show up used on the marketplace at a good discount fairly often. No need to buy new.
