If I'm an exec at one of these auto OEM's, I'd seriously question the mental stability of Tesla's leadership. That questioning would make me seriously consider not attaching my company to Tesla in any way.
Every EV Charging provider should be jumping on this talent. They obviously know how to create a very reliable network.
I have to agree with Tom Moloughney. This just looks like a bad move on Musk's part. It's on par with his decision to built the Cybertruck.
Yea, a minimum of 2kw for the 120v outlets. But Fords 9.6kw would be very very nice. It would also make it somewhat easier to use that for powering a home.
1.5kw is still useful but you have to be very selective in what appliances you find. 2kw or more would make it much less of an issue IMO.
The only way to do this right is to make a completely new bumper. Otherwise it just doesn’t look right. One thing that does work on this copy/paste is that the center bull bar doesn’t try to surround the headlamps. Past designs that do that just made it look worse.

Oh yea, I remember that. I ended up selling that RTT and buying a Skycamp Mini 2.0. I had to call iKamper to find out that the X-Cover shouldn't have more than 25" of the base extending past the crossbars.
A different tent may have different specs than that so I always recommend calling...

Rivian appears to be on an informal tour with the R2. I'm looking forward to seeing it in Denver sometime in July at an EV festival...
It was totaled. I had new car replacement coverage. Because I bought my truck at $80K, I ended up getting about $92K total. I ended up buying a slightly used R1T as a replacement. I had the Nationwide/Rivian insurance coverage.
I’m on my 2nd R1T. Here’s what happened to the first…..

Rivian could really use some good news and more revenue. The charger ratings on the software update is nice but investors want to hear about revenue. Where on Earth are the subscriptions? All the way back in December, Rivian was supposed to start charging customers for the ATT LTE connection...
