Rivian is not in the business of stealing people’s deposits, but they are known for being very slow to issue refunds. I would continue trying to get clarification on this. Ask to escalate the question to a higher up.

I don't charge at Tesla stations so it's not a problem for me. Maybe you could offer some real evidence that Rivian is actually making more money per station off of idle fees than Tesla?

I didn't "shrug off" anything. Rivian wasn't the topic of discussion here, were they? If anyone "shrugged off" anything it was you by trying to change the topic from Leon forcing his other companies to buy up his failures to hide the losses.

One could easily come to the conclusion that creating charging rules that are so confusing that most people cannot easily determine what fees, if any they might pay at a particular station is deliberate...and possibly "abusive". Is it a congestion fee or idle fee charger? Is it more than 50%...
