I do not think I would take my T there again. My repairs took very long. There were some delays by the Riv team. I still think the WCC team could have saved some time and had better customer service.

I bet you will not, or maybe did not, find many if any complaints about the Riv evse being damaged due to outdoor exposure.

This week the AI opened a ticket that said my car charge port was green, but the Riv L2 wall charger was blinking white. I did not input green as part of the problem.
