R1S. Feels SO much better on rough gravel roads. Almost identical to rally mode but without the entire body pulling up when you gun it.

Bumping this as the roof rack (as well as the roof rack for the R1S) is now up on the Front Runner site.

I wonder if this issue affects both the rock slider version as well as the running boards.

Just noticed that Front Runner now has their Slimline II roof rack available for both the R1T and R1S. Neither one is in stock at the moment but pricing is $1,422 for the R1T and $1,508 for the R1S, with 15% off currently (but it doesn't look like you can order one while they're out of stock)...

I've started experimenting with using Off-Road -> Rally mode when driving around town in my R1S. The suspension is much smoother going over bumps and potholes compared to All-Purpose mode. My usual commute is about 50% on dirt roads, which are in pretty bad shape currently from recent storms...

It's very frustrating. As an R1S owner, I don't think they'll ever sell me a full-size spare, only the inflatable donut spare. So regardless, I'll need to buy the wheel and tire elsewhere. Relatedly, anyone the NYC area want to split up a set of 20" ATs?

Has anyone successfully used U-Bolts to attach items to the Rivian accessory ports? I'm considering building a DIY roof rack for my R1S using extruded aluminum, and am hesitant to pay $100 each for the 6 Weistec adapters that I would need.

Have they been able to resolve your issues yet? I spoke to an SC and they suggested resetting the vehicle, which I did but the warning continues to appear. I was able to charge at a 150kw fast DC charger without any problems though.

I plan to install something similar to the Yakima 84”x49” platform roof rack (65 lbs), along with my rooftop tent (150 lbs). If I add storage boxes or recovery gear I’ll already exceed 250lbs. Ideally I’d like the ability to place a spare tire up there as well.
