No way the factory or service center would do that.
Also the BF Goodrich are 3PMSF so I'm confused by what you meant?

Yeah I would just find a good local tint dealer. I get the windows tinted on all my cars, notoriously Tesla's with a lot of glass too. Only need 55 or 70 film on the roof so you can still see out the top nicely. Still rejects a lot of heat vs nothing.
It is likely going to filter 99% UV but won't reject that much heat. You'll want to to have it tinted with 55 or 70 film to reject IR (heat). I personally use a local XPEL dealer. Really not that expensive, usually $300-500 for the roof depending on your locale...
Without a doubt. It's also not a coincidence forest green, borealis, and coastal cloud interior got pulled up to Aug/Sept already just a few weeks after they said late 2026/2027 lol. LE take rate won't be high IMO either like you said.
I bet the premium trim starts rolling out sometime in Q4...
RJ also said in one of the latest YouTube videos, I think Kim Java's, that they have an AI model that forecasts demand for all trims that will be very accurate shortly as people are invited to order.
So I am telling them I want premium trim and coastal cloud, which will then feed their AI data...
A 2nd one? Since they're only 15 minutes I planned on booking 2 on 2 separate days. Probably have to complete the first one before they allow you to book another one.
RJ said in all these recent R2 videos the current setup can do point to point L2, same as Tesla currently. The Gen3 hardware with RAP1 and LIDAR will be needed for L3 aka eyes off.
