"Well inflation is when uh when the the price of things uhm is, is over is is, is too expensive because of of the uh federal government. Uh really squandering the tax dollars. So you have the green new scam, uh hundreds of billions of dollars spent there". - Lauren Boebert
The following is to be read in David Attenborough's voice:
Homosapiens in the profession of selling things have deployed this strategy to great effect since man evolved from ape eons ago. The reason they keep doing it is because it works. Apparently that part of the human brain hasn't yet...
That's a not-so-subtle dig at its would-be primary cross-shop competitor, the Model Y, which would never be able to fit such a tall suitcase vertically.
The suspension clunkiness at low speeds and surface streets is the only thing build-wise that makes this otherwise fantastic product feel unfinished. They've absolutely got to figure out a way to solve this on new vehicles, and hopefully even figure out a retroactive solution for those already...
It is all about perception. Agree with previous commenters this is how many folks treated Tesla owners (MS, MX) similarly, that is until M3/MY proliferated. We just need to wait until R2/R3 do the same. Until then, just bear/ignore it.
I swap winter tires and do rotation at the same time. I use a 3-ton off-road jack with a jack puck and do one wheel at a time. It works well generally speaking. However, I'd like to know if there's a jack stand I can use for safety in case the jack fails. Also, where would I need to put such a...
Universal Hands Free isn't Universal Limbs Free. You'll still need to use your legs to stop at traffic lights.
"Universal" in UHF is admittedly nearly as misleading as "Full" in FSD. I can totally understand that Universal was meant to indicate a vastly expanded road network, as opposed to...
2022 Gen1 R1T. I can feel some difference between Firm and Soft, but not between Firm/Moderate or Moderate/Soft. I know that sounds counterintuitive, but that's where I'm at and it's always been that way for me. I'm almost always in AP mode with Standard ride height.
Anyone else in this boat...
"Its implementation of CarPlay will reportedly showcase CarPlay as a separate window inside the typical Tesla software interface."
This sounds like just clutter. I'd personally strongly prefer a well implemented native interface to this.
AA/CP believers who'd rather die on that hill were...
This was specifically asked (and not answered, as expected) in the earnings call, since R2 winter testing is apparently a milestone that's tied to VW's next funding tranche. I can't help but wonder if the stock bump today is at least somewhat related to this?
