This (small 3 hour sample size with nice weather, no AC, etc etc) is on the 116 General Grabber HTS60 with 20" MSW type 52 wheels. My normal commute is shaking out closer to 2.8
I was thrilled with that result.
You were probably going a good bit faster than I was if you were in TX.
I was only going 65.6mph (after adjusting for 3.2% change in tire circumference)
I don't think mine has changed since they weren't reprogrammed or reset when I took my ATs off. 313 projected full in conserve but only 1,430mi of those are on the Generals. 2632mi were on X-Ice this winter.
The 3.0 was after dividing by 1.03 to take into account the diameter change. I also got...
It kind of does but the "Off at home" doesn't kill the drain as much as full off, at least it didn't seem to when I tested it months ago.
Edit: I can't remember if I tried just the half off at home or fully off but now I see they do have a full off at home. I've been living away from my "home"...
a little over a 100 mile round trip commute for me these days but thankfully its not all on that route. Last night I got tossed around in Canada too. Its not terrible but it is a downside.
Upside is I got 3.0mi/kWh on a very flat highway in low conserve, yay!
If they would just accept that the proximity drain is a significant problem for some portion of us they could open up a lot of options instead of trying to optimize for all vehicles:
A. Proximity auto off at home, auto back on when leaving home
B. Add a shortcut button to turn it on and off from...
So... would this translate to plugging in another battery in the gear tunnel via the 12V for reduced drain of the HV pack? Or does that turn off with the truck?
Will be watching your investigations because I'd consider that if it saved a few % while parked.
Has anyone with the General Grabber HTS60 found the tread pattern to toss you side to side a bit on longitudinal grooved concrete highways?
I'm happy overall except for highway cruising which was a large part of why I switched to these. (cruising at 70-80mph)
You can use either.
I used the provided ones since MSW went through the trouble of shipping replacement ones (I now have the stock nuts sitting on top of my stock wheels, a full MSW set that shipped with my initial wheels which were apparently safe to use but too short/long so some cosmetic...
Loving my MSW Type 52 so far!
PSA if you had a lug socket in your tool kit, the new lug nuts are a 19mm head not the stock 22.
But, that does mean the right size is now color matched to the yellow calipers ?

I'd still like a "90s" mode where the screens go full dark beside the bare minimum required info. Like when that update failed ?
Will have to play with my settings, I don't have a clue how that slider works either.
But then I also struggle with cycling auto headlights on and off which is what...
I'm clearly missing something in this quiz. No issues with PAAK operation, only the vampire drain it causes. Wish there was a quick toggle on and off for PAAK on the quick menu.
This really shows why they focused on Michigan (besides the prior headquarters and footprint here)
Tesla said you have to drive over the top or across the bottom!
