On our Tesla, we often change the limit, ie going to be in town this week, set it to 75% on Sunday and forget it. Why not have a slider and let me pre select my charge rate.
Yep, I was not plugged in. Tesla App allows editing of rate while not plugged in. Not sure what the logic is requiring you to be plugged in/charging to change.

I have a 56XX VIN and my slats are also 6 inches with a total of 9. If they reduced the number of slats by (1) the new width would be approx 6.75, I don't know if the space that it is stored in could handle anything wider.

Just updated, I believe 72 degs is a default for now because my cabin temp was 80, after "turning on" it turned on the climate system and cooled her down.
Is this your 1st EV? We are on our 5th and I personally find SOC much more useful than miles. On an ICE vehicle miles till empty is useful but you still also use a gauge to determine when to fill your tank. If I drive like I stole it "miles range" on my EV's is pretty much useless IMO.
