Cincinnati through Rivian Insurance Agency has been great! I was involved in a collision and they handled it as well as could be. Will write up a separate post with details, but I highly recommend Cincinnati with full replacement car coverage.
This question has been answered multiple times in this thread (though I get it - finding an answer in 174 pages is tough!).
Vehicles in the shop are brand new and have never been previously titled to another purchaser, so it won't be a returned vehicle. It's possible that the vehicle was...
I think that's right if you see things at delivery that have you concerned. It's also my understanding that if you reject delivery you don't get sent back to the shop - you wait for your original configuration (at least per my guide; though there does seem to be a lot of variation in the...
My understanding is that they won't let you exchange or go back to the shop - either return for full refund, or sell it. Of course, I'm sure there will be the odd exceptions to the rule.
Not quite sure what's going on in my shop. This morning I had many vehicles too and now all but 6 just disappeared. I wonder if they either matched a bunch to existing order holders... ? Or they just sent out a bunch of invites and many people selected configs...
I think you're saying the same thing I was - that they've acknowledged the issue and that it'll take time to get it fixed (fix, test, deploy). It's best to find the root cause and solve that, not just throw replacement parts at it trying to solve the symptom. I expect there'll be some sort of...
Sounds to me like they don't know what the fix is and don't want to randomly keep replacing parts hoping it addresses the symptoms. That's not unreasonable in my opinion - I'd rather they identify the problem and fix it than try random things to fix the symptom, which may resurface later if the...
I have the same question. Rivian acknowledged the issue, but did they say anything about what they're doing about it? Though they said it poses no safety issue and offers cooling as designed, I wouldn't infer that they'll do nothing about it from that statement. Perhaps engineering is looking...
Um, maybe I'm being daft, but I didn't know/think a LE had a first aid kit. I thought it was just the wrist band and the "launch edition" on the dash in addition to the wheel upgrades, etc.
Where is the first aid kit supposed to be in the vehicle, or do they just hand it to you separately?
While frustrating, I read this as progress (albeit small). At least you've moved from them denying there's an issue to acknowledging it's an issue. The timeline to fix maybe unknown, but hopefully they're working on it since it's a known issue.
If they can't find a solution, any chance they'd...
