I wish!
Yes at the service center. I wasn't told anything about a DIY job and I went to go look at the work order and that's all it says, unfortunately.
Not opposed, but unlikely to make the time.
Just got back from camping near Mt wrightson and did some fun stuff - probably more aggressive than I should have with the road tires
There used to be a theoretical future location in Willcox but it no longer appears....
It's really hard to adventure SE of Tucson. There's one EA station in Benson that's not very good and that's it.
And that's what the area where I do most of my adventuring.
Come on, Rivian! Give Tucson some...
I can only speak to my experience, but fix-a-flat would but have fixed mine. The sidewall got borked. Only needed my spare once and it failed me.
It deflated perfectly, though.
I had this style of spare in my Touareg. It was a dumpster fire because the beads wouldn't seat and take pressure because of how it was folded in on itself. Almost stranded us until the truck stop we were lucky enough to stop at utilized 4 dudes, 2 air compressors, and a compressed air cannon...
This wasn't even third party. I guess it was service center transportation.
In their defense, they did a "50 mile check" and it was still good. Maybe something failed in the straps - who knows
Had some service and they didn't strap it to the flat bed correctly... This makes the second one I'm aware of that was damaged in-transit from service....
At least it's minor but I presume they'll replace the hood and possibly light bar. Soooo very annoyed right now
Thrilled with service...
My thoughts exactly - or kayaking, etc
But it's kind of an obscure detail to consider. I've never gotten into a vehicle as wet as I did before that day.
UPDATE
it just started working as expected a few days ago...
My suspicion:
I got stuck in a monsoon rain event and scrambled back to the truck like a drowned rat. My seat cushion got drenched from when I sat in the vehicle and I think I shorted something in the occupancy sensor, making it...
Heatshield works really well. For me, though, the small gray suction cups were inadequate. When I reached out to them, they sent me updated, larger, and clear suction cups that didn't fail like the first ones.
Good test.
Correct - it WILL allow me to go into reverse with my foot on brake standing outside the vehicle.
It WILL NOT allow me to go into reverse without my foot on the brake, ruling out a pedal sensor issue.
I saw that, but no.
I've tried fiddling with the pedals to no avail. I THOUGHT I fixed it by pulling/banging on the brake pedal but I was mistaken. The lights turned off but not the screens. Strangely, it has chirped twice in succession upon locking a few times.
Everything is just going wonky...
