Had some service and they didn't strap it to the flat bed correctly... This makes the second one I'm aware of that was damaged in-transit from service....

At least it's minor but I presume they'll replace the hood and possibly light bar. Soooo very annoyed right now

Thrilled with service, otherwise! Great experiences with Phoenix service center.

I would be pissed because something like this is avoidable! hope it is fixed soon and correctly!

Sorry to see that. New hood and light bar should fix it up, but that's really terrible.

Rivian Service says: "our third party towing service has received extensive training about how to properly handle the R1T".
I got this assurance as I was scheduling service. Instances like this make completely sketchy about having my truck towed...sorry it happened OP

This makes me glad I live 15 minutes away from a service center...

This wasn't even third party. I guess it was service center transportation.

In their defense, they did a "50 mile check" and it was still good. Maybe something failed in the straps - who knows

Single vehicle on flatbed - rolled forward into cage at back of cab

Jeez..... I guess the up side is that it didn't roll backwards and off the flatbed...?

Yikes. I'll be taking delivery from the Phoenix Service Center - probably AT the service center. Did they flat bed it down to Tucson for your delivery or was that for a post-delivery service call?

Sorry to hear this. I'm sure it'll be fixed quickly, though.
