I, unlike many, have mastered the English language, rules and regulations thereof included.
That said, please kindly look up the correct usage of quotation marks; when, how, and why. Gtacias.
In a nutshell, you attack FSD as "extremely dangerous" (oh, no. Quotation marks again) not for what...
So th
So people do not pay attention, "abdicate" attention and control; therefore, it is the system (FSD) fault. Got it!!!
FSD may not be perfect; it is so not. FSD may not be level 5; it is not, but FSD being "extremely dangerous," well, that's rich.
Such a huge boatload of anti-FSD poppycock...
Yeah!
It's the American way after all, for god's sake!
We demand and expect and seek out and patronize those establishments that offer goods and services at low or lower prices,
I have found a few Tesla chargers with tiered pricing depending on time of day. That will help with RAN, but I just choose to charge whenever I need to and don't care to plan my trips according to what time I hit the chargers for a lower price.
Imo, botom line RAN needs to knock it off and...
FSD on CT perhaps is not to the level it is with other Teslas. Earlier versions of FSD on my two Teslas seemed to have a nasty habit on the highway of passing a vehicle and pulling back into the right lane apparentky too close to that vehicle. I caught flashing lights and honks from those...
I did notice that my beloved Alexa ignores me a few times when I call on her, but Amazon Music playback has been fine.
Good to know this. Thank you for posting it.
Another perception out there is that it is waaaaay too expensive to road trip in an EV because of the high cost of electricity at fast chargers. It is a very valid argument against EV ownership and adoption, indeed. I myself have delved plenty on here into the comparison of the cost of energy...
Aberdeen, WA. Yes, Thank you!
In the end, it actually may depend on the location; RAN may cost less than Tesla in some places, e.g., Forks, WA and Lincoln City, OR. But for the most part, it looks as if the Tesla network beats RAN even on prices.
And we are talking about Tesla charging costs...
Ditto on St. Regis. Perhaps Tesla will address those other charging deserts soon. It fixed one such desert with a hell of a DCFC in Lewiston, ID recently. Opened up that whole area for my R1S. Awesome!!
Unfortunately, ho-hum for me. Thanks but no thanks, RAN. Will continue to stick to the unbeatable Tesla network only.
Just for kicks, checked a couple of chargers that I might use.
Tesla Boardman OR, $0.45/kWh; RAN The Dalles, OR $0.49
Tesla Lincoln City, OR, $0.54; RAN Aberdeen OR, $0.57...
Tire repair kit, first-aid kit, mobile charger. Already carrying those along. Add an insignificant charger adapter to the mix. Not even a thought for me.
Sounds as if you have a hell of a smoking deal on insurance.
Insured to the hilt and with quite a low rate, glass coverage on my two Teslas and my Rivian added 10% to my policy.
Coverage already paid for itself with Tesla replacing my Model Y windshield. That and window film reinstalled ...
Doubling your insurance premium?
I think that either you are hands down the absolute worst possible driver ever conceived, or you are getting ripped off big time, or all of the above.
full glass coverage available in every state my insurance company serves. Similar price.
Glass insurance same price of a Leer jet?
Not sure I get it, but okay. Then, glass insurance=Leer; no glass insurance=747-8.
Your professional PPF installer looks excellent. So was mine. no fly-by-night or vehicle manufacturer outfit.
Did you look at 10-mil PPF?
My R1S has 10-mil PPF and ceramic coating on every single piece of trim, pillars, metal panels, lights, pano roof dividers. even chrome trim. Everything...
