Wait, you brought a brand new Rivian to work and you didn't spend a 2 hour lunch showing it off to inquisitive co-workers with 0-60 runs, suspension sideshows, and interior, frunk and bed tours?
There are a few. No more launch green color, but the LE is available. They go quick because the wheel upgrades are free (plus those badges). You pay for powered (soon-to-be-broken) tonneau, though.
UPDATE: within 3 weeks of switching to R1T, they offered me a 2023 LE matching my config. I didn't even need the shop link. The only difference between LE and Adv is that the wheel upgrade is free on LE (plus the badging), so I'm coming in $1,500 less than a week ago - schwing! I start 8 steps...
Update: I confirmed my order and locked in on Rivian Blue and 20" AT's.
However, after speaking to my rep on the phone today, I actually have 3 options:
Take the VIN of the one coming off the line (the reason for reaching out to me in the first place.) But there is a chance someone already...
Congrats. Post a pic when you have a chance, it's always a good conversation starter.
You say you love the UI, but how do you like the maps? That's usually what people complain about, but maybe that's more with the older videos, and software updates improved it.

UPDATE: within 3 weeks of switching to R1T, they offered me a Feb-built 2023 LE matching my config. I didn't even need the shop link. The only difference between LE and Adv is that the wheel upgrade is free on LE (plus the badging), so I'm coming in...
Yes, even Munro was confused by the magnets and commenting that they chose the most expensive way to attach a panel. In fact, the design can get you out of jam quickly.
That RAM electric is looking sweet, and there will be others. Just sayin. As the years wear on, Rivian starts to age. Who wants to pay same price for 2 3 4 5 year old tech.
It seems odd to punish you too much because of a color change. There are so few Rivians to see in person before picking a color, I can't imagine you get bumped too far. Is color the only thing you changed?
In case anyone was wondering, you are able to switch from an R1S to R1T (and vis-a-versa) with "Change Model" link, and keep early pricing.
Warning: I have no idea if changing models will greatly affect your delivery date. For me, I was 12-18 months out on a R1S so I don't really give a crap...
You'd repair something that insignificant? I wouldn't bother risking further imperfection. No repair is will ever match factory. Wait for some anus to hit you in the parking lot or some other common ding then get it all repaired at once.
Oh boy...
Rivian has angered its early customers yet again with updated delivery dates this week.
Rivian raised its vehicle prices last year and faced backlash.
Now it seems the automaker is prioritizing delivery of its more expensive vehicles first...
