That is a lot of damage fore sure but this is clearly not a production line building. Looks more like inventory overflow or even inventory pallets/trays storage area. Could also be inventory QC cast offs. They might tell us. More like will tell the markets.

It seems all these R2 leave the factory in Normal and are required to head west, taking either the Rubicon Trail or the Utah Misty River Red Route 1 to get across the Rockies.. it’s like some form of Hazing for new recruits.

I think they might reserver rivian BLUE for a more premium and higher priced models like the current R1T/S Many OEM do that to maintain some exclusivity.

“No major changes” could be correct, but having done large OEM manufacturing design and production I would bet that there were ~ 1000 “changes” made in the initial 90-180 days (>50% upfront) to all manner of piece parts, cable harnesses, connectors, molding, automation controls, alignment, Etc...
