I’ve have the ego system for 7 yrs and couldn’t be any happier. Never had a tool or battery fail yet. The e-steer zero turn is a great rider.
Next month I should have the Yarbo and if all goes well I hope I won’t be mowing anymore lol.
They seem to be stretching that policy and do not want to cover it. The triangle window parts were deemed problematic and Rivian revised them. That isn't an alignment or body fit issue.
The only issue I have with Apple Music is having to push the play button for music to start EVERY SINGLE time I get in the car. Other than that, I don't notice any glitches.

An overnight sleep and turning off and on the charge timer didn’t help.
I’m happy to report a soft reset solved the problem. It was cool hearing the chime to keep holding the buttons to reset, and see the Rivian logo on the drivers screen.
It's minor, but I wanted to share. After almost 2 years of ownership, I've experienced the first odd glitch. Yesterday, while driving, I noticed that the garage door opener would display every time I came to a stop. Later, after I got home and plugged in the truck, it started charging outside...
So far, I'm digging the update and Apple Music. With this vehicle, I was forced to change the music and habits I had enjoyed for years with CarPlay and XM. I tried Tidal initially because it was less than Spotify, but I couldn't get it to figure out I like multiple genres and years of music...
Yes, they were able to get the heating and cooling functions to work, plus the backrest and lumber. The battery is in the back compartment under the seat.
