I check daily, and up until this morning it had October-December 2023. Now I have a "Processing Estimate". Looks like the end-of-month updates are upon us. Anyone else have a change in their timelines?

Here are...
2763 isn't big enough to be a SC, plus there isn't really a lot to use (the giant lot behind is owned by the Rockies) to hold vehicles for delivery or in the service queue. The existing SC on Steele is perfect for a service center...big lot, big bay, close to the highway for customer access...
I would at the very least talk to one. They may tell you to just take the offer, as it might be squeezing blood from a turnip. But they'll tell you for free what they think of your case either way.
As someone who has been hit by a drunk driver, please please get legal counsel. It's a huge difference in a) peace of mind that everything is taken care of and b) potentially a much bigger $$ payout.
And this, children, is why the IIHS does the small and moderate overlap crash tests...
Very glad you are okay. I can certainly empathize with the frustration of losing such a wonderful truck...but remember, in the end it's still just a truck. You live for another day.
At least here in CO, test vehicles are often flown out to DEN, then driven from the airport up to the mountains. So many zebra cars along 56th and I70 where I live (just west of the airport).
As someone who has a LC200/Model 3 combo in the garage, this is spot on. Our R1S order is essentially the result of my two cars getting jiggy in the garage.
Production rate appears to be about the same.
91 days in 22Q4 = ~110.1 cars/day
92 days in 23Q1 - 7 days shutdown (this could obv be more or less a bit) = ~110.5 cars/day
Their goal right now is vehicle deliveries. Sure, they've built and spec'd it to install, but we don't know how much time that installation takes...then add QC. It may take an hour to install one camp kitchen, which means you've created a huge bottleneck for ONE step of the assembly process...
I'd mostly agree. Our Volvo B&W sound system was absolutely sublime. I would literally spend evenings in the garage just listening to song after song in various genres with my eyes closed.
Tesla's ain't bad, don't get me wrong, but I also think most of the problem is with the rest of the car vs...
Generally, Europeans are fine with less hp and range, as they generally don't need to travel as far by car (and the existing EV charging infrastructure there is already miles ahead of ours)
All good points by everyone here. I do want to add, though, that for us Rivian-nerds where we are well-educated in the space, many of us have had a Tesla or other EV prior, and we follow along closely with everything EV related...there's a much bigger majority of folks who are not.
Anecdotally...
It really varies based on things like turning on Sentry Mode/Gear Guard, overhead protection, etc. When I have it on on my Tesla, it can easily kill off 1kW/day (again varies based on a number of factors). With everything turned off, and garage parked, it can last nearly indefinitely.
Also, if...
Not necessarily this exact story, but the overall lesson is a common business school case study. Small startups often do well by being scrappy, being very customer oriented, and having loose rules in order to allow them to adapt and learn on the fly. As they grow, however, those loose rules...
