  1. Someone has an anger issue

Marginally related (if you really stretch), but I saw a Tesla with one of these bumper stickers (SFW). Guessing it's to deter idiot vandals. Sad that this is what the world has come to.
  2. What Are You Hauling (or Hauled) in your Rivian? 🦾

Perhaps not as rugged/manly/hardcore as a lot of these posts, but likely the most relatable: mid-week grocery run. I was testing the cargo net for its ability to keep things from toppling over. It worked!
  3. Telo EV Pickup Truck first look: 5 seats, 5 foot bed, 350 miles range, 0-60 in 4 seconds, size of Mini Cooper ?

Dual motor, solar tonneau - $46k. I like it. This might be my next vehicle.
  4. $24,950 SLATE EV Truck / SUV Info & News

You flashed me back to high school junior year with that Haynes manual reference. That thing got me into and out of so much trouble. Haha
  5. $24,950 SLATE EV Truck / SUV Info & News

Respectfully disagree, as most truck/SUV buyers don't need a vehicle as large as the R1T (myself included), but get it anyway because it ticks all the other boxes. Hopefully, the Slate is the start of a trend towards smaller and leaner.
  6. Aidan Gomez Joins Rivian’s Board of Directors, Bringing AI Expertise

This is a bit Adam Carolla did during his radio days. Went from funny to prophetic is just under 10 years.
  7. Interrobang Spring Sale – $100 Off Our Rivian R1T Tonneau Cover!

I recently got one from B-stock and honestly could not locate the flaw(s). That's a viable option if you're ok with the risk.
  8. First All-Electric Camping Trip - Failures and "Plan B"

Ha.... I've had similar goofs during my girl's wrestling tailgate. Fortunately, the team of parents were into overkill and brought too much gear, so no one even blinked. That said, cast iron works on all of the above. One pot, multiple options. Consider swapping out.
  9. Aidan Gomez Joins Rivian’s Board of Directors, Bringing AI Expertise

Pairing artificial intelligence with a 7000 lb machine with the intent to integrate new, cutting-edge technologies into products, services and manufacturing is sooooo 90's.
  10. 220V outlet at VRBO

Second this. Otherwise, you'll trip the breaker and release the murderous domestic robot with an uploaded consciousness queued in the game room.
  11. Rich Rebuilds drives Chinese cars

Yup. Seeing a ton of IP theft in the weight training equipment market, too. Everyone complains about it until they see that sweet knockoff on Alibaba. They saved a bunch on R&D costs over there, that's for sure. Speak with your wallets, folks.
  12. Audio Won’t Load After Car Goes to Sleep

Guessing whether or not your "premium streaming apps experience" will load properly before you get in is part living adventurous, my friend. Four things that would solve this issue: 1. U 2. S 3. B 4. Playback Bitter snark aside, I have the same problem occasionally with Spotify...
  13. The Verge:: Telo’s electric MT1 mini-truck gets a new preproduction prototype

Same here, right down to the Ridgeline. Did we just become best friends?
  14. Telo EV Pickup Truck first look: 5 seats, 5 foot bed, 350 miles range, 0-60 in 4 seconds, size of Mini Cooper ?

I'm all for this. It's so true what the article says about trucks becoming impractically large. I've always said that if the R1T lost 6" in all directions, it'd be even better. It ticks all the other boxes, but the size is unnecessary.
  15. Cdn coming into US - any issues with EV haters at chargers etc thus far?

Unfortunately, in today's world of Likes and Subscribes, all the negatives and fear-mongering gets elevated way out of proportion. Although there are sporadic idiots everywhere, the world is (mostly) not as bad as the captions make it out to be. Have a great trip.
  16. Bay Area to Tahoe on a single charge in winter?

Yeah, range anxiety for sure, but also prepping for the worst. Tahoe roads can be hit or miss, especially during holiday weeks where it becomes Amateur Hour. On top of that, gas stations are everywhere, but chargers not as much. So yeah, you'd make it on a single charge, but just because you...
  17. Texas WTB camp speaker

Funny enough, Sempervirens post was right below this one in my feed. I was going to link it, but looks like you found each other already.

My observations in response to a different thread.
