How much battery charge did you gain on the way down? I would think 6500 feet of pure downhill could gain +10% or more if not using the friction brake too...
I ran my winter tires on the MSW Type 52 and no complaints, they're great. However, for my summer spare I rotate it in with my tire rotations, so I got another OEM Dark to match.
Doesn't make sense to me to oversize a kinetic rope. In terms of effectiveness, the stretch won't be there. In terms of safety, get a rated rope from a reputable seller and use within spec. Don't go double full send. Finally, if I'm pulling anyone else, they're probably not heavier than the Rivian.
Agree with previous replies. The Goodyear set you linked is basically designed exactly for your use case. Price compare against buying them separately, MSW Type 52 wheels at 20", and TPMS along with getting them mounted and balanced.
You could keep a 21" as a spare but why? You're going to sell...
Unfortunately, Rivian has not shown interest in anyone but Rivian modifying or repairing their vehicles. The most we can probably hope for is that right to repair legislation means Rivian can't stop you from making these swaps down the line.

How steep? I would not be too surprised if this is just Rivian's standard limited regen on long hills. I've gotten it after only a couple minutes of downhill and a couple hundred feet of descent. 1/3 mile does seem very soon though.
I believe the conclusion was that regen is limited to protect the battery chemistry. It's like fast charging, Rivian doesn't want you to do it too much or too often.
Thanks for the data. Rivian's design is bleeding its customers for at least $10 million dollars per year in vampire drain. (100 dollars/year times 100,000 vehicles.) My understanding is that this deliberate design decision is related to telemetry, i.e. uploading surveillance data about us.
I'm about to find this out next week. Note the Rivian manual says that jacking directly on the frame rails is approved. Rock sliders expose the frame rails as well as (in many cases) the puck holes. I'm assuming the real problem is that Rivian uses a lift that assumes their own specific jack...
