After about 1000 miles driven over the weekend, I'm reassured on my choice.
I found too many spots during my driving around the Southwest where the UHF appeared to be working fine until I tried to do an auto-lane change. I'd get a message saying that "Auto lane change cannot be done on this...
I wonder what, from a psychological standpoint, motivates people to sit in judgment of others who aren't harming anyone else, and then publicly make sure those people know it. Explicitly insulting people who are just having fun passing the time by repeatedly calling them "sixth graders" is akin...
Yeah, the tire place did it for me, but it changed from Pirelli 22" Sport to 22" Third Party, which the computer then tells you could affect range and efficiency calculations.
The look is fine. They definitely appear more “all-season” than the Pirellis.
I have about 9k miles on them now and tread noise is still about the same as when new. It’s a very subtle sound, but noticeable. I thought that maybe a few thousand miles would wear them in and the noise would go...
From owning one Taycan, looking extensively at a Macan EV and to my wife's Audi Q8, it seems VAG is not embracing one-pedal driving in any substantive way. I like how they implemented it in the Audi but so far you have to go well out of your way to get whatever little regenerative braking you...
Was it an option? That's what OP is asking for.. the option, which naysayers would never need to participate in if you feel that strongly about it. I happen to disagree with the OP as you do, but this is an analogy fail. As far as I know, no iphones with lightning port retrofit options were...
Surprisingly. not as often as you might think.
Often times when the site is effectively full there is at least one vehicle that is done and hasn’t left the stall, leading to the turnover between their vehicle departing and the next vehicle pulling in and starting, which can be several minutes...
Quick update: 600 miles in to the Nokian Ones and they seem to be giving me a bit of a range hit, but handle well. I drove up a mountain road I’ve done 20 times in the Pirellis and the Nokians handled it no problem, maybe even better.
I can't give them a comprehensive review since I'm not a professional, or even experienced amateur tire reviewer, but I just got these and so far, so good. I'm about to go on a ~2000-mile road trip so will have a better assessment after that. As pointed out, they are a bit noisier but not...
Brown? I just got the Nokian Ones as well and agree they are slightly noisier than the Pirellis. I only have 60 miles on them so far but they feel like there's an efficiency hit too. I'm going on an approximately 2000 mile trip starting tomorrow so I guess I'll see soon enough.
Porsche with base audio, or even Bose, and its UI that takes upwards of 3 seconds to respond to touch, would like a word. Squeaks? Vehicle dependent. I’m driving what I perceive to be a swiss army knife of utility vehicles. Fine for highway driving, capable off road too. And full of...
