This just happened to me right now. Weird (and super inconvenient because I don’t have my UN and password handy. This has never happened in my wife’s Tesla…

It's happened to me a few times. No idea why, but my username and password are auto saved so it wasn't really a big issue.

This just happened to me right now. Weird (and super inconvenient because I don’t have my UN and password handy. This has never happened in my wife’s Tesla…
Anyone else?
I close my app frequently when home so it does not open the truck walking around the garage so I probably have never had it signed in for more than a week for any given time.

Happens from time to time. May be when they reboot servers and sever connections in the process. Log back in and carry on. No worries.

Try closing the app and restarting it. I got that message the other day on. My iPhone and logging back in was not an issue.

Tried that. The app returned to a blank white screen and then asked me if I was new to Rivian again.
