Michelin Defender LTX M/S 2 275/60/R20 XL 116H - $1285 out the door. 2 weeks ago.
I was waiting for the 116H & the 60/R20 fit my wants. It's 1/2-inch easier for my wife to get in.
These are all season, not all terrain.

I expect that by the time my new Michelins are old,
Michelin will have the OEM size & I can go back to 275/65/R20 XL 116 H.

Hopefully the December 1st comes true for the 275/65R20. Interested to see how much better the efficiency is compared to the Pirellis. I'll be swapping them the same day I pickup my Tri-motor.

Michelin CS just reconfirmed this launch date.

Tirerack CS said we can already preorder these at $332.99 each over chat/phone, probably won't be available on website until December.

Great! I’m not picking mine up until next year so this is perfect timing. If you get them fitted please let us know how they are and if you can do any sort of efficiency test.

Here's one of them, Lethal Performance, who claimed to be authorized distributor of Ford parts:

As of a few weeks ago, Costco's internal computer shows "Dec 1st". Guy showed me the screen.

Nice to know it is showing that for them. I was dreading waiting for the tires to come in Dec and then it would take even longer for it to hit the costco system. I wouldn't mind going to some other shops I like in the area, but you just can't be the free nitro refill and the Michelin sales costco has it seems.


I've seen some have gone to Costco for other size, are they all ready with drive on lifts or pucks for install?

Tires are SCREAMING at 18k miles here even after a rotation 3 weeks ago. They are chirping at regen stops and around parking lots too...

60 will give a little better range
65 will take bumps a little better/softer

You answered yourself. But the ability to user-adjust software’s tire size parameter is supposedly coming soon in ‘25.

My Costco isn't ready for Rivians. They will mount and balance them on my rims, but I need to take them off the truck, bring them in and then mount them back on the truck. My local discount tire will do everything.

I am in a major metro (DFW) and I haven't found a Costco here that will do it yet. They said they asked corporate for what they need but don't have it yet.
