Any idea what the Rivian 20s weigh?

Specs on Rivian site for All Terrain wheel and tire is 86#. Discount tire says AT tire is just 58. 86-58 = 28#

We know from some on here that the 20” AT wheel/tire weighs 89 lbs, per Pirelli the tire is 48 so the wheel is ~41 lbs.

Tire Rack shows the OE tire at 48lbs, which would put the wheel at the above 41lbs. Discount Tire's 2lb delta between the E rated and SL rated tire seems suspect.

I'm not a fan of black wheels. Forged is just a stronger wheel. Google the difference between Forged and Cast wheels. Forged wheels will likely bend during an impact, whereas Cast will crack.

As of yesterday they were on a container, expected 12/2 so really Monday 12/4

This is actually often a misconception. Most aftermarket wheels are overbored to maximize the number of vehicles they are compatible with, but are also lug-centric. (The conical lug nuts act as a bunch of centering rings). The use of rings on lug-centric wheels is not necessary.

I'm not sure about that, but Radius WI35 wheels have the exact 64.1mm as OEM.
You are correct that lugs are not needed in general, they make wheel attachment much more easy. (especially for the heavy wheel+tire)

In any way, I asked Tire Rack about this and they do not see what is the size - seems they are waiting for the actual wheel to arrive !?

I put michelin x-ice snow in 275/60R20 on them (well, tire rack did and sent them to me mounted).

No rubbing. It's essentially the same OD as my stock 275/65R21 set.

Just ordered Radius, should be available in December (based on the TR salesperson estimation). Good enough.

I will pair them with MichelinDefender LTX M/S2. Seems this should give the same range (if not better) as 21" stock. Then I can use one of the 21" as a spare.

How come you decided on the MichelinDefender LTX M/S2? I'm also thinking about this option, but I couldn't find any snow performance review on these tires. I don't really need dedicated winter tires as it doesn't snow that much here and I'm honestly got too lazy to switch tires 2x/yr. Ideally all weather tires w/ strong snow performance would be perfect.

The LTX M/S is very good in the snow despite not being 3-peak marked. I assume the LTX M/S2 is as good or better.
