Needing to rotate the tires & the shop I talked to not confident about a lift.....they have the Tesla program down but thought I would reach out to our group. Is there a tool or something I should have to assist with this, or take to our Rivian people to perform? I'm a condo guy so don't have a garage, ramps, tools, etc.

Any Discount Tire in the area can do rotations for you - I use the one near me here in Spokane, and there have been no issues at all!

Step 1: Say "hello" to two official documents you should have known about already as an owner: Owner Guide and Tow Operator guide. Both guides spell out proper ways of getting vehicle ready for lifting. Torque specs for the lug nuts are also listed.

Step 2: Buy a set of magnetic jack adapters (aka pucks). Megawatt or Jackpucks.com. Every owner should own a set and keep in vehicle. Jack pucks aren't mandatory* but they make task of lifting more fool-proof.

Step 3: With knowledge of proper lifting and service procedures from the Rivian guides, and a set of jack adapters, anyone or shop with willingness and appropriate jacks could do the work.

*Even without a set of jack pucks, it's possible to safely lift from under the lower control arms, under where the vertical suspension element (spring and damper assembly) meets it. A non-marring padding should be placed between lower control arm and jack.

Obligatory warning about Discount Tire

I have a '22 T and have used the Discount Tire here in Bellingham twice now. I have my own oucks, however they were familiar with Rivians and have their own. The shop here did not use a lift but floor jacks. FWIW, before I pull my T into the service bay, I drop the lift point covers so there's no confusion as to where the lift points are. They have down a good job both times and am fully satisfied.
