Start a chat with Rivian. So, I got this update last week and have had no issues... and then I just got a push alert from my Gen1 R1T (Quad, Max Pack) that is asking me to install it again. This happen to anyone else? I figured if there was a bug fix it would at least be called 2025.18.02 or something -- but nope, it's still 2025.18.01.
This happen for anyone else?
I won't feel special until I'm part of the 1%.If you haven't already, you should sign up for the RivianRoamer dashboard. It looks like you're part of the 3% of Connect+ subscribers who've not received the update.
In the last update, RivianRoamer literally stated "Deployment Complete" before I received my update.

Thanks! Just signed up for Rivian Roamer. Looks like my Rivian still does not have an update available. What's a little loopy is that it looks like 90% of non-Connect+ Rivians are eligible for the update while 97% of Connect+ Rivians are eligible. For anybody that plans on subscribing to Connect+ for faster software updates - don't. It doesn't seem like it matters much to the roll out timing. If you haven't already, you should sign up for the RivianRoamer dashboard. It does matter. Connect+ will get the update, on average, a week earlier. The members of both roll-out groups are randomized, however, and means you won't get the update at the exact same pace every time. If you are Connect+, but don't have the update, then I suspect there is an external factor preventing the flag. Maybe you aren't on Wi-Fi, or a module didn't take the last update well and is in an unsupported state. Thanks! Just signed up for Rivian Roamer. I am on wifi and have performed multiple hard and soft reboots, so not sure what else to do beyond doing a rain dance to make things happen. It does matter. Others have reported needing service to intervene, though I'd wait at least a week until contacting service.I am on wifi and have performed multiple hard and soft reboots, so not sure what else to do beyond doing a rain dance to make things happen.
