Warranties are the big question. The extended warranty of the past QM was a significant value....hoping they do that again with TM and QM.

Are you talking about a longer warranty for QM?

Because there is still no paid extended warranty as tesla has from Rivian, which I'd happy to purchase

The big question is whether they will be available to voucher holders who frankly would have bought their truck years ago if only they could. We are still waiting for our SC to open in Montreal and I hope they won’t force us to buy the Gen 1 inventory now that it’s a discontinued product… delays to commit is their fault not ours And I wouldn’t buy an old gen iPhone, neither on old gen car. I know that gen 1 is still a great car and I wouldn’t trade it for the new version if I already got one… but I couldn’t…

Pre March 2022 order holders should only get access to the OG like the rest of us and not get any advantage beyond the much cheaper price for delaying.

We didn’t get the opportunity to buy a Gen 1 truck while it was still the current version like the rest of you guys… Our SC was supposed to open 1 year ago and we still don’t have access to the Shop as we wait for it to open. I don’t get your frustration to acknowledge we are not in the same boat… You bought the newest and best truck back then and you want me to buy a discontinued car because that’s the one you have ? Your car is the same it was when it left the showroom floor…

Yes...sorry...I meant longer warranty vs what most refer to as extended warranty as a paid extension. But I agree...I would love to have a paid for extended warranty from Rivian for my current R1T, too!
