I took delivery of my R1T on December 22nd, opting for the lease option they provided. The truck's been great, with only a few minor cosmetic issues I noted after taking delivery. The main challenge I've had is getting my Chase account information and clarity around my first payment due date.
I've called Rivian Financial Services / Chase each day over the last week and a half and have reached out to my guide and customer service at Rivian multiple times over the past week but still don't have a confirmed account number or payment due date. From what I've heard here, it seems like others that opted for a lease have gotten their account information within days. Chase told me it should show up within two weeks, but it seems I'm lost somewhere in the system.
Perhaps Rivian decided to gift me the truck, but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this much of a delay from taking delivery to getting financial account numbers, etc. in the mail? It's an odd situation when I'm the one hounding Rivian and Chase each day so that I can pay them vs. them chasing me.
