Hi all,

I can’t seem to get the 3rd row all the way flat. They will seemingly fold all the way down, both manually and by the buttons in the trunk. There’s just about an inch or two bump where the bottom rear of the 3rd row meets the trunk floor but then the 3rd row will be flush with the 2nd row when folded.

Any troubleshooting help would be appreciated.

What you describe sounds like what I've seen in every video showing the R1S trunk. The spare tire cover can be moved up if you want it to be the same level as the seats, but there is no lowering of the seats.

It's tough to tell without a picture, but if I'm imagining the issue right I think the floor cover behind the third rows is in the lower position instead of the upper position.
