In the "old days" I would say yes. But with this being a brand new EV, I can only ask another question - HOW is the horn sound made - does it have a traditional horn? Or is it digitized audio played by the same speakers that play the "chirp", etc?Is there a way to replace the horn to something more suitable for the truck that this is? Not looking for a train horn but definitely not what we have now on the R1T.
Great find! There is a fuse for the horn, so it's probably separate. https://www.rivianforums.com/forum/threads/interior-passenger-side-fuse-box.8397/page-2#post-241599
Well, there IS an onboard compressed air tank for the suspension, so.....

This web site sells authentic new Nathan train horns. A mere $2899 for a 6 tone set. Perhaps we could do a group buy? ?Someone on here (from Florida, natch) posted a thread a while ago asking about installing a train horn...
Video of the 10 minute hold or it didn't happen...Does anyone know how to access the horn on the truck? My low tone horn has stopped working, so I am now left with just the high tone. The service rep told me this is a known issue if one goes through a car wash. I just have to hold it down until it clears all the water. I have now held it down for a total of about 10 minutes with no luck. I'd rather not have to take it to the closest service center, but holding the horn down doesn't seem to help. If I could see it, maybe I could cure it.
10 minutes total. No more than about 90 seconds at a time while driving.Video of the 10 minute hold or it didn't happen...
90 second horn hold going down the road? We definitely don't believe you.10 minutes total. No more than about 90 seconds at a time while driving.
