Can we program the horn to play La Cucaracha when the suspension is in the lowest setting?

For those of us who tire of the clown car horn, but are not interested in air horns/confusing people into thinking we're driving a semi, has anyone seen/tried a good upgrade option that just sounds like a real truck?
